Reviving the Art of Shoemaking
By 1976, Taiwan’s shoemaking industry had reached a glorious golden age. To carry on this master tradition, ORINGO is on a mission to revive Taiwan’s fine artisan shoemaking heritage.
ORINGO is not just a shoe store
Born from a collaboration with Taiwanese master artisans to create fine handmade footwear, ORINGO has designed its own distinct signature style across a diverse range of shoes. Our team of expert advisors provides personalized support for your every need.
ORINGO shoe crafting
ORINGO creates its authentic Taiwanese stylized shoes by using high quality leather with special design based on the Asian foot size chart.
A pair of ORINGO shoes requires more than 100 procedures in the making. From the skinning, pulling to disengagement, the process takes at least 25 days to finish by an experienced shoe artisan who uses his skills to beats, cuts, and blend the marvel of footwear craftsmanship into every pair of shoes.
