How to Order

Official Website Shopping
 

Register as an official website member to place orders, check shipping progress, and access member benefits.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from ORINGO. If you do not receive the confirmation, please call us during business hours at 02-77097757 for assistance.

Shipments are processed Monday to Friday at 10:00 AM. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

For international delivery orders, please review the "Oversea Shipping" page for the ordering process.

Official Website Payment Methods

Credit Card

VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and LINE Pay are all accepted for official website purchases.

ATM Transfer

Please complete the bank transfer within three days of placing your order and provide the last five digits of your account number for verification.

※ If the payment deadline is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.

7-Eleven Store Pickup

Specify the 7-Eleven store for delivery, making pickup more flexible and convenient.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

The payment will be collected when the delivery is made by the courier.

  • The delivery personnel will contact you by phone; please look out for incoming calls to avoid delaying your receipt of the goods.

  •  If you require Cash on Delivery (COD), please contact customer service. This service is available only for single orders exceeding NTD 1,000.

(1) Orders totaling NTD 2,500 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are subject to a shipping fee of NTD 120. (2) Delivery, handled by our logistics partner, typically takes approximately 3–7 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by minor delays in delivery or returns/exchanges.

Convenience Store Pickup

Returns and Exchange Service
 

14-Day Appreciation Period 
 

ORINGO provides a 14-day appreciation period, which is superior to the 7-day deliberation period mandated by the Consumer Protection Law. (Items specially marked or those with unique packaging must remain sealed. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item is damaged or unsealed.)

※ The "deliberation period" is not a trial period. Therefore, the returned item must be unused, in its original, complete packaging, and include all accessories and the invoice.
 

Free Shipping Service for First Return or Exchange
 

ORINGO customers may enjoy one free return or exchange service, provided the shoes are tried on only on clean flooring and the upper and sole are undamaged.

We encourage you to use this 14-day period to ensure the correct style and size, or even if you simply change your mind. Should you request a return or exchange, please also provide the reason so we can offer better service and make improvements for the Taiwanese footwear industry.

※ Reminder: A shipping fee of NTD 240 will be charged for a second exchange.



Exchange 

When the exchange item is sent out, it will be shipped to the original delivery address if the original order was via home delivery. If the original order was via convenience store pickup or if you require an address change, please contact customer service. (Exchange process typically takes about one week.)

 

Return

Once customer service receives the returned item (must be in brand new condition), the refund process will be initiated.



Standards for Returns and Exchanges

When processing a return or exchange, if the item is found to have any of the following conditions and is deemed to have exceeded the necessary extent of product appreciation, it may affect your right to return or require you to bear the cost of damage:

 

(1) Shoes

  • The sole shows signs of wear or abrasion. (Please try on shoes by walking naturally on a carpeted surface. Do not intentionally squat or excessively bend the leather. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn outdoors or damaged by human actions.)

  • The shoes have permanent stains or irreversible creases on the upper from trying them on. (Natural leather grain is not subject to this restriction.)

  • Missing shoe accessories or promotional gifts.
     

(2) Socks

  • Sock products are considered close-fitting personal items and are not eligible for return service.
     

(3) Other Items 

  • Excluding defective merchandise, the returned item is not in brand new condition or shows signs of having been unsealed (including the cap, seal, plastic film, or other packaging parts).

  • The item has permanent stains, scratches, damage, or moisture on its surface.

  • The leather used by ORINGO is genuine leather. Growth lines, blood vessel patterns, insect bites, scars from fighting, etc., are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered product defects!

Returns and Exchange Procedure

Returns and Exchange Process Explained
 

Please follow the steps below to process a return or exchange. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. Once customer service receives the returned item (must be in brand new condition), the refund process will be initiated.

STEP 1. If the size or the product itself does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is kept in brand new condition.

STEP 2. You can apply by leaving a message on your order or by calling our customer service hotline: 02-77097757.

STEP 3. The system will send you a return form (or return slip); please check your email inbox for the message.

STEP 4. The email will provide you with the convenience store return code (e.g., A75076322353).

STEP 5. Please carefully package the product within 7 days, bring it to a 7-Eleven store's ibon machine, enter the "return code," print out the label, and hand the package to the counter staff.

Please note: The shoe box, the brand new item, and the invoice must all be kept intact.

 

Exchange  
When the exchange item is sent out, it will be shipped to the original delivery address if the original order was via home delivery. If the original order was via convenience store pickup or if you require an address change, please contact customer service. (Exchange process typically takes about one week.)

 

Return
Once customer service receives the returned item (must be in brand new condition), the refund process will be initiated.


Refund Details

  • Credit Card: The bank typically processes the credit reversal within 7–14 business days. The actual crediting time is subject to the working schedule of your card-issuing bank.
  • Convenience Store Pickup/Payment: The refund will be deposited into your designated bank account on the 10th or 20th of each month (Please contact customer service to provide your bankbook/account details).
