Shopping Details

 

  • International delivery regions include: Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the United States (US), Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), and Australia.
     
  • Products available for international shipping include: Footwear, gentlemen's socks, and leather accessories. Note: This does not include leather care products.

 

▌Payment Methods

 

International orders are processed exclusively through online credit card payment. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and JCB online credit card services.

 

▌Shipping Fees and Delivery Methods 

 

  • Delivery is handled by partnered logistics companies in each region. Please refer to the table below for shipping fees (All currencies below are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
  • Shipping rates are calculated per pair of shoes, but the final charged fee will be based on the actual package weight.

※ The delivery date is primarily determined by the operating schedule of the logistics company.

※ For certain products and special promotions, the shipping date and delivery method will be based on the information provided in the activity announcement.


▌Return Process

※ The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to O'Ringo. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be complete and undamaged, the refund procedure will begin.

※ Taxes may be incurred when the item is shipped back. Therefore, the refund amount will deduct any incurred taxes, and the original shipping fee from the initial purchase will not be refunded.

※ Credit card refunds (credit reversal) typically take about 30–40 business days, depending on the processing time of the respective issuing banks.

▌Standards for Returns and Exchanges

 

When processing a return or exchange, if the item is found to have any of the following conditions and is deemed to have exceeded the necessary extent of product appreciation, it may affect your right to return or require you to bear the cost of damage:
 

(1) Shoes 

  • The sole shows signs of wear or abrasion. (Please try on shoes by walking naturally on a carpeted surface. Do not intentionally squat or excessively bend the leather. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn outdoors or damaged by human actions.)
  • The shoes have permanent stains or irreversible creases on the upper from trying them on. (Natural leather grain is not subject to this restriction.)
  • Missing shoe accessories or promotional gifts.
     

(2) Socks 

  • Sock products are considered close-fitting personal items and are not eligible for return service.
     

(3) Other Items 

  • Excluding defective merchandise, the returned item is not in brand new condition or shows signs of having been unsealed (including the cap, seal, plastic film, or other packaging parts).
  • The item has permanent stains, scratches, damage, or moisture on its surface.
  • The leather used by O'Ringo is genuine leather. Growth lines, blood vessel patterns, scars from insect bites or fighting, etc., are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered product defects!
