We provide one complimentary top lift replacement service to our customer. And we kindly suggest you to change your top piece after 6-8 months of wearing.

Top Lift: The part of the heel that comes in contact with the ground, more commonly seen in high heels and men's formal styles.

3. Free Exchange within 14 days

You have 14 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from our online store. FREE OF CHARGE in Taiwan. You can change the size, color of your shoes, or to a different article. Please note that socks cannot be exchanged and returned due to hygienic reason.

If you’re returning from a country outside of Taiwan you will be subject to return postage costs, and we are unable to refund you the tax and postage cost for the product you purchased.
